Jenna Foster - Maid of Honor
This is Babbaganoush, my barefoot best friend since we were kids. Growing up together on Wadmalaw, we’ve always shared the same deep love for life, nature, and true friendship—standing by each other through thick and thin. She’s my soul sister, my ride-or-die. Mess with one of us, and you mess with both!
We’re artists on a lifelong mission, creating and dreaming together. Thank you, Jenna, for putting up with my goofiness all these years. One of my greatest joys in life is making you laugh—and even better, laughing with you. It’s something that happens every time we’re together. Forever.
Katharine Miska - Bridesmaid
Not only have we shared a close bond as cousins since childhood (and had so much fun growing up together!), but she has also consistently exemplified true elegance and dedication to upholding the essence of our family legacy. Over the years, she has proven herself to be a pillar of strength, a beacon of achievement, and a source of boundless compassion for everyone and everything in her life.
She is an inspiring example of health and grace, and I deeply admire her for all that she is. I look forward to growing old together, cherishing the bond we’ve built and the memories we’ll continue to create.
Sarah Long - Bridesmaid
There’s no one more funny or entertaining than Sarah—hands down! If you’re around her, get ready for endless belly laughs, and trust me, I’ve had my fair share thanks to her!
I feel so blessed to have such an incredibly talented, nature-loving, and amazing woman as my cousin. Now, I’m even more excited to get to know her precious newborn son, Silas, and watch him grow up while we continue to share all those unforgettable laughs together.
Dana Adams - Bridesmaid
Dana is truly the salt of the earth. Just being in her presence fills you with peace, love, and joy. I feel incredibly honored to call her my sister-in-law. She is someone to look up to, a role model who inspires me daily—and believe me, I try to be more like her!
Now that I think about it, Dana is also the bravest woman I know, considering she married my brother Jim! But in all seriousness, she is the epitome of grace and strength. An incredible mother, an amazing wife, the best daughter (and daughter-in-law!), and the most caring, loving sister (and sister-in-law!) anyone could ask for.
Thank you, Dana, for being unapologetically you—you make all of our lives brighter and better just by being in them!
Carrie Leon - Bridesmaid
Carrie is Tom's sister, and I'll admit, I was pretty nervous and intimidated to meet her. Everything I had heard about her painted a picture of someone incredibly strong and accomplished—one of the most impressive women I’d ever have the chance to meet. Naturally, I wanted her acceptance.
When I finally met her, I quickly realized I had nothing to fear. She was one of the most humble and genuine people I’ve ever encountered. I was absolutely in awe of the incredible woman she is. Honestly, if you looked up "Wonder Woman," you should find a picture of Carrie Leon.
I’m so grateful to be joining your family as your sister-in-law, Carrie! I can’t wait to create wonderful family memories together!
Shehrish Brown - Bridesmaid
Shehrish and I first met during a smoke break in our freshman year at Salem College. At the time, I was convinced I was the only girl on campus who smoked cigarettes. So, when I spotted someone else making the same questionable choice, I knew I had to meet her. After we introduced ourselves, we quickly agreed to be smoking buddies.
That simple connection grew into a sisterhood. I even moved into Shehrish's dorm room, escaping my grumpy roommate, and from there, our adventures began! We shared countless road trips, endless laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Over time, our bond deepened, and Shehrish became more than a friend—she became my forever sister, an irreplaceable part of my family. Though we’ve retired our "smoking buddy" title (and let’s be honest, that’s probably for the best), our friendship remains stronger than ever.
Kelly Moore - Bridesmaid
As odd as it may sound, Kelly and I couldn’t be more different, yet we couldn’t be more alike either. In the short time we’ve known each other, our friendship has grown at lightning speed.
One day, we were chatting about people’s astrological signs and their compatibility. Kelly is a Capricorn, and I’m a Virgo, so out of curiosity, I decided to look up the compatibility between our signs. What I found absolutely blew me away with how accurate it was. The reading said, “Compatibility is high. They may have struggles, but these two can overcome them together. They give each other the stability they both need. They are not exactly the same, but they share values and want similar things.” This couldn’t be a more perfect description of our friendship!
We may have our differences, but at the core, we share similar values and support each other in ways that help us both grow. I can’t wait to see all the amazing things Kelly is going to accomplish in her life!
Lucy Adams - Bridesmaid
My sister in-law, that is also another very brave woman that married my brother Jack, has impressed me with her strength and determination in life. I’m proud to say that I introduced these two as I knew they would be soulmates. The growth of their love and marriage has been an honor to watch. I am always excited to hear about Jack and Lucy’s adventures.
